About

Partnered Healthcare Solutions (PHS) is a division of The Office Assistant, LLC (OA), locally owned and operated in Wyoming’s capital city, Cheyenne.

Our History

Since 1996, OA has been the trusted provider of revenue management services for numerous clients in the medical industry, with work encompassing more than 150 providers and numerous specialties around the country.

As the needs of OA’s long-term clients grew, founder and CEO Amy Hayes also saw the need to grow and create a partner company that could better address the areas of coding, training, auditing and consulting services.

From this idea, Partnered Healthcare Solutions was born.

Just as the name suggests, Partnered Healthcare Solutions is committed to establishing solid, reliable partnerships with every client, of every size, as well as providing clients with expert knowledge and support in the ever-changing arena of healthcare. Combined with a familiarity of rural culture and a willingness to travel, PHS has proven to be an exceptional fit for healthcare systems of all sizes and structures.

No matter the size of the client, the goals for PHS remain the same:

  • Provide a source of expert knowledge and support
  • Form a strong partnership built around collaboration and respect
  • Help each client become the best and most successful they can be
Why
PHS

“[Partnered Healthcare Solutions] is a reliable company. They pay close attention to each note to make sure they are billed appropriately. The billing is always on time and I can count on them to get the job done. They are also active with training the family medicine residents and helping them with billing and coding.”
